Business Licenses

Business Licenses need to be purchased and renewed on an annual basis. Payment is due in January of each year. A 10% discount applies to all licenses purchased prior to February 15th of each year. The cost of licenses are:

$50.00 - if the business is located on commercial/industrial property
$75.00 - for home-based businesses
$100.00 - for out of town businesses doing business within the Town limits.

If you operate a new business in Town or if your business is situated out of Town and you do business within the Town limits, you should download the Business License Application Form, print and complete it, before submitting it to the Town Office with the appropriate fees. A development permit ($30) may be required for both the local commercial and home based businesses. Please call the Town office.
